Basic values in trading needed to lure investors: Modi

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Friday decried the general tendency to convert a capital market into a Satta Bazaar and asked the Sebi to take steps to bring back basic values in trading, without which investors would not be forthcoming.
