Rs 2,500 crore plan to construct 147 'Railway over Bridges' in Haryana

Haryana has formulated an ambitious plan costing Rs 2,500 crore to construct 147 Railway over Bridges (RoBs) in the state.

CHANDIGARH: Haryana has formulated an ambitious plan costing Rs 2,500 crore to construct 147 Railway over Bridges (RoBs) in the state.

It was informed today by Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh after laying the foundation stone of a RoB at Delhi-Ambala Railway line on Sonipat-Purkhas road in Sonipat, an official release said here.

The Chief Minister said the RoB on Delhi-Ambala crossing would be 1.06 km long and it would cost about Rs 47.29 crore.
