RPP Infra bags orders worth Rs 30 crore for irrigation, civil works in Tamil Nadu

MUMBAI: RPP Infra Projects today said it has bagged orders to the tune of Rs 30 crore for irrigation and civil works in Tamil Nadu.

The scope of the order includes construction of a library building under the Central Public Works Department at Thiruvarur and rehabilitation and modernisation of supply channels in Vellore and Villupuram districts under the water resources department, the company said in a statement issued here.

The execution of orders is expected to be completed within 12 months, it said.

RPP is engaged in the business of construction of highways, roadways, bridges, civil construction works, irrigation besides water supply projects and power plants.

"These orders have added our repertoire of projects that we are executing in Tamil Nadu. As always we are proud be associated with infrastructure orders in our home state," RPP Infra Chairman and Managing Director P Arulsundaram said.
