Report on Maytas ability to execute works likely in two days
HYDERABAD: Andhra Pradesh Chief Secretary is reviewing the strengths of Maytas Infra, promoted by the family of disgraced Satyam founder B Ramalinga Raju, in developing the projects offered by the state government and a report is likely in two days.

The review report is expected to be ready, which will be submitted to Chief Minister Rajasekhara Reddy in a couple of days, sources said.

The state government has sanctioned various projects to the tune of Rs 30,000 crore, including Hyderabad Metro, to Maytas Infra and Maytas Properties.

Maytas Infra is promoted by Taja Raju, the son of Raju who had admitted fudging company accounts to the tune of Rs 7,800 crore.

Nagarjuna Construction Company, a member of consortium that includes Maytas Infra as well and has won Machilipatnam Sea Port projects had already said that it will review the situation in the post-Satyam fiasco.
