MUMBAI: Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Ltd on Monday said Satyapal Jain has ceased to be a Director of the company.
The company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Jain had ceased to be a Director consequent to his resignation, effective from September 1.
Shares of Reliance Industrial Infrastructure were trading at Rs 481.10 on the BSE, up 2.36 per cent.
