Lanco Infratech bags Rs 308 cr contract from AP govt

MUMBAI: Infrastructure firm Lanco Infratech on Monday said it has received a contract worth Rs 308.98 crore from Andhra Pradesh government for construction related works.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange Lanco Infratech said it has received Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Andhra Pradesh Health & Medical Housing & Infrastructure Development Corporation.
Lanco Infratech would construct buildings for Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies IIIT at Basara in Adilabad District in the state, the filing added.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 225.15, down 4.94 per cent on the BSE.
