ITD Cementation bags Rs 893 cr contract from Delhi Metro
ITD Cementation India on Thursday said its promoter, Italian-Thai Development Public Company, has bagged a Rs 893 crore construction contract from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC).
DMRC has awarded a letter of acceptance to the company for this project, covering over 5 km of underground metro construction, which would be carried out with advanced tunnel boring machines, it said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
This project is scheduled to be completed in over 35 months is the second project that has been awarded to the ITD-ITDCem joint venture by DMRC, it said.
The JV company is already executing a Rs 188-crore contract for the elevated corridor on the Qutub Minar-Gurgaon corridor, including structural work of five elevated stations for the Delhi MRTS.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 454, up 12.47 per cent on BSE.
