Itanagar-Banderdewa road to be four-laned

This was conveyed to Chief Minister Nabam Tuki during his meeting with Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari at New Delhi yesterday.

Itanagar-Banderdewa road to be four-laned
ITANAGAR: The Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has agreed for four laning of the Itanagar-Banderdewa NH 415, formerly known as NH 52-A, an official release said here today.

This was conveyed to Chief Minister Nabam Tuki during his meeting with Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari at New Delhi yesterday.

Union MoS Home Kiren Rijiju was also present in the meeting.

It was decided to take care of the sinking zone in the Itanagar-Banderdewa road by constructing two way roads or bridges, whichever is feasible.

They also discussed other matters pertaining to the roads sector in the state, the release added.
