Commercial real estate developer DivyaSree on Wednesday launched TechnoPark, an IT/ITES SEZ in Whitefield, Bangalore. Spread over 73 acres, the SEZ will offer over 7 million sq ft of office space.

BANGALORE: Commercial real estate developer DivyaSree on Wednesday launched TechnoPark, an IT/ITES SEZ in Whitefield, Bangalore. Spread over 73 acres, the SEZ will offer over 7 million sq ft of office space.
Developed with a budget of over Rs 1,200 crore, it will offer occupants an international standard of infrastructure such as captive power generation (backup), specialized cooling systems, sub-station within the business park, dual bandwidth connectivity and an incubator facility of 500 seats.
