Delhi govt approves 3-level grade separator on NH-4
The Delhi Government has approved the construction of a three-level grade separator at Ghazipur Crossing on NH-4.

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Government has approved the construction of a three-level grade separator at Ghazipur Crossing on NH-4.
"The grade separator would consist of an eight-lane flyover, two foot over bridge and two pedestrian over bridges with an aim to facilitate smooth flow of traffic in the area," Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit told reporters here.
The project would be for Ghazipur Crossing on NH-4 and Road No 56.
The cabinet has also approved a policy to streamline the procurement process for computer hardware and related accessories to expedite application of information technology in various departments.
The Delhi Government has decided to join hands with a Paris-based company Chanel to make the beauty culture diploma courses being offered by one of its institutes in the city attractive and job-oriented.
Dikshit said that an agreement is being signed with Paris-based Chanel which has set up a trust for promotion and dissemination of knowledge in the field of beauty culture, aesthetics and other related fields.
The decision to tie up with FAR and Delhi Government's Training department for training students of beauty culture department of Meerabai Polytechnic was taken at the Cabinet meeting held here.
Dikshit said as a part of the pact, a comprehensive plan would be drawn up for the professionalising of technical skills, knowledge and practises in the field of personal aesthetics, grooming, beauty, beauty care and other related fields.
