World Bank cuts India's GDP growth forecast from 7.5% to 6.5%
Citing the deteriorating global scenario, the World Bank downgraded India's GDP forecast for the current fiscal year to 6.5 per cent. However, in June 2022, it had projected that the Indian economy would grow at a rate of 7.5 per cent.
