'Multi-pronged strategy to tackle inflation'

NEW DELHI: As rising prices continue to cause concern, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has said the government was adopting a "multi-pronged" strategy that would yield results soon.

"As far as inflation is concerned, we are adopting a multi-pronged strategy. You must have noticed that prices of diesel and petrol have come down. I can confirm that within a few weeks you will see the results," he told reporters here.
