Pak trade delegation to visit J&K

The 14-member delegation of leading businessmen and traders, including four from Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir (PoK) will arrive on a four-day visit on November 6.

JAMMU: A Pakistani trade delegation will visit Jammu and Kashmir next month with a view to give an impetus to trans-border trade.

The 14-member delegation of leading businessmen and traders, including four from Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir (PoK) will arrive here on a four-day visit on November 6, Jammu and Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industries (JKCCI) sources said.

During their visit to Srinagar, they would take part in a conference on cross-LoC trade in Kashmir and will hold talks with representatives of Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry, they said.

They will also hold talks with traders and industry associations in Jammu.

They would also meet Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad and Governor S K Sinha during their visit before leaving for New Delhi, they said.
