NEW DELHI: Pakistan today offered to export cement to India taking advantage of the duty reduction announced by the Manmohan Singh government.
During a meeting between Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his Pakistani counterpart Shaukat Aziz, the two sides agreed to increase direct air links to facilitate easier travel.
