Over Rs 1.15-cr goods traded across LoC

Goods worth over Rs 1.15 crore were traded across LoC today between POK and Jammu and Kashmir at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point.

POONCH: Goods worth over Rs 1.15 crore were traded across the Line of Control ( LoC) today between Pakistan Occupied Kashmir ( POK) and Jammu and Kashmir at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point here, officials said.

As many as 18 trucks rolled out from the Trade Facilitation Centre ( TFC) here to PoK, they said, adding, these trucks carried bags of banana, tomatoes, coriander and herbs worth Rs 43,22,070.

From PoK, nine trucks carrying bags of dry dates, almonds, appple and onion worth Rs 72,47,000 entered India, they said.

Officials from both sides monitored transportation of these goods twice during the day.
