The outreach initiative, led by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, yielded 24 Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and investment intents, following 32 one-to-one investor meetings and round-table engagements in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, it said.

If implemented, the proposed projects are expected to generate employment for more than 6.18 lakh people in Odisha, the government said in the statement on Friday.
The investment proposals span sectors such as travel and tourism, logistics, finance, processed food, critical minerals and rare earths, metals and mining, aluminium and steel downstream, among others.
The concluding day of the outreach initiative featured the Odisha Investors' Meet-UAE 2026 in Dubai, attended by around 400 business leaders and investors, the statement said.
Among the major companies showing interest in Odisha, CAZBAA Project Ventures FZCO signed an MoU for LNG storage, while Rana Holdings Limited entered into an MoU covering green energy, AI data centres and rare earths.

Sharaf Group signed an MoU in the housing sector, while PTCL Infrastructure entered into an agreement for steel and steel downstream industries, the statement said.
Investment Intents were also received from Dalwin Marine and Turbo Power Engineering for ship repair, Ion Technologies Pvt Ltd for a propellant manufacturing plant, and Agrifields FZCO for fertilisers and chemicals.
Majhi held one-to-one meetings with leading UAE-based business leaders and investors.
After the investors' meet, the chief minister interacted with the Odia diaspora in Dubai, attended by more than 800 community members.
The gathering showcased Odisha's cultural heritage through Odissi and folk dances, the statement added. PTI
