Kemrock to issue 11.50 lakh warrants

MUMBAI: Gujarat-based Kemrock Industries and Exports Ltd has said it will issue 11.50 lakh warrants to the promoters and non-resident Indians on a private placement or preferential basis.
At a meeting held yesterday the board approved the proposal to issue the warrants, each warrant carrying two options -- Part A and Part B and convertible into equity shares within a period of 18 months from the date of their issue.
The price at which the equity shares would be allotted against each part of the warrants, would be determined as per SEBI Guidelines, the company, a manufacturer of high performance reinforced polymer composites, informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The board also gave its nod to issue 11.25 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each on private placement or preferential 'asis to eligible foreign entity, the company said.
