Indo-Japan Chamber of Commerce Kerala to be operational soon

KOCHI: The Indo-Japan Chamber of Commerce Kerala ( INJACK) will be formally inaugurated by Japanese Ambassador Takeshi Yagi here tomorrow.

The chamber will be the first-of-its-kind in Kerala's history.

The organisation will act as a common platform for business persons to form joint ventures, partnerships or investments with Japan and Kerala, T Balakrishnan, Managing Director of INKEL and former Additional Chief Secretary (Industries) told reporters here.

INKEL is an innovative Public Private Partnership ( PPP) initiative which brings together government agencies and prominent global investors and NRI industrialists.

It will act as a catalyst for strengthening trade relations, promote bi-lateral trade, facilitate investment and technology transfer, joint ventures, business collaborations and strategic tie-ups.
