BANGALORE: The Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BCIC) on Friday signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Henan Provincial People's Government of China.
The MoU entails regular exchange of market information about the economic development of Karnataka and Henan Province, with a view to providing further opportunities for increased trade and expansion of economic and industrial co-operation, BCIC President Venkat Kedlaya said.
Kedlaya and Vice General Director of the Reform and Development Committee of Henan Province, Zhang Weining, signed the MoU, BCIC said in a release.
"We are serious in deepening our relationship with India as we have lots to offer in manufacturing, automobile and electronics industry. Excellent joint venture opportunities exist between the two countries," Zhang Da Wei, Vice Governor, Henan Provincial People's Government said.
