The mission is expected to take part in 3 day Exhibition on Services to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Apr 23.

The five-day Victoria Week Trade Mission, comprising over 20 business leaders from Australian state of Victoria, aims to encourage business partnerships to build the profile of Victorian expertise in service industries and showcase the key sectors of health and aged care, ICT, sports and sustainability, including water and cleantech.
The delegation will participate in a comprehensive programme of meetings, site visits, industry roundtables and networking events in Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and New Delhi from today.
Minister for Small Business, Innovation and Trade, Adem Somyurek said, "India has the second fastest growing services sector in the world, and we are supporting Victorian businesses to get a foothold in the market, meaning more jobs for our state."
"This trade mission will give our businesses the chance to build partnerships, experience the Indian market first hand and gain valuable insights into new opportunities."
"Our relationship with India is strong and we are working to increase our trade with their booming market, creating jobs and driving growth now and into the future," he said.
The mission is also expected to take part in the three-day Global Exhibition on Services to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on April 23.
Over 40 countries will participate in the exhibition, which will showcase India's strength in the service sector and provide platform to the industry to explore business opportunities.
