MUMBAI: Industry lobby All-India Association of Industries ( AIAI) today said it has entered into an agreement with the Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) to promote trade between the two countries.

The memorandum of understanding signed here today aims to enhance trade and investments between the two nations, an AIAI statement said.

It also seeks to increase joint ventures, collaborations and technology transfers through an exchange of business proposals.

Apart from that it also seeks to offer mutual help in the organisation of and participation in trade fairs and exhibitions, the statement said.

President of FCPPI Zubair Ahmed Malik signed the MoU with senior AIAI officials, the statement said, adding with this, AIAI's list of such agreements with fellow lobbies goes up to 205.
