Six new tourism zones are proposed in the state including one each in Sehore, Chitrakoot, Satna, Panna and Indore districts.

BHOPAL: The Madhya Pradesh government will seek a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for promoting tourism in the state.

The information was given yesterday at a meeting to review new proposals for the development of tourism attended by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, an official release said here today.

The meeting discussed how to explore tourism possibilities in the state with the developing of six new tourism development zones.

Chouhan directed that roads linking state's tourism centres should be constructed on priority.
