CHANDIGARH: Haryana government has increased the dearness allowance (DA) payable to its employees on un-revised scale of pay from the existing rate of 139 per cent to 151 per cent of the pay.

This would be with effect from July 1, 2012 and from 151 per cent to 166 per cent of the pay with effect from January 1, 2013.

The additional installment of DA payable under these orders would be paid in cash to all the state government employees from September this year for the month of September, 2013 paid in October, 2013, an official spokesman said here today.

He said that the payment of arrears of enhanced DA for the month from July 1, 2012 to August, 2013 would be made in the month of October, 2013.

The spokesman said that the state government has revised the Dearness Relief to the pensioners or family pensioners of the state government on the un-revised or family pension, that is 12 per cent from 139 per cent to 151 per cent rates with effect from July 1, 2012 and 15 per cent from 151 per cent to 166 per cent rates with effect from January 1, 2013.
