Budget 2019: FM announces PM Kisan Samman Nidhi for Direct Income support for small farmers
In his budget speech Finance Minister Piyush Goyal announced Rs 6000 per year for each farmer, in three instalments, to be transferred directly to farmers' bank accounts. Twelve crore farmer families will benefit from Kisaan scheme.
