Assam to soon get a tea park with warehousing facility
Chandra Mohan Patowary on Friday while speaking at North East Tea Conclave & Expo in Guwahati said that Tea Park is coming up near airport with warehouse facilities.

GUWAHATI: Assam will soon get a tea park with warehousing facility.
Assam minister for Industries and Commerce, Chandra Mohan Patowary on Friday while speaking at North East Tea Conclave & Expo in Guwahati said that Tea Park is coming up near airport with warehouse facilities and railway connectivity.
The minister asked small tea growers to form Self-help groups. Officially there is 79000 small tea growers in Assam.
