AIKS meeting to start from today
Issues concerning loan waiver to farmers, inadequacy of seeds and fertilisers, farmers' suicides, prices of crops among others would be discussed threadbare at the All India Kisan Sabha's (AIKS)three-day meeting, starting here from Saturday.

AMRAVATI: Issues concerning loan waiver to farmers, inadequacy of seeds and fertilisers, farmers' suicides, prices of crops among others would be discussed threadbare at the All India Kisan Sabha's (AIKS)three-day meeting, starting here from Saturday.
The function will begin at 1600 hrs. General Secretary of AIKS and member of National Farmers' Commission, Atulkumar Anjan, will inaugurate the meeting.
President of the organisation and MP C K Chandrappan, former MP Jalaluddin Ansari, writer and thinker Govind Pansare along with representatives of the organisation from Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Orissa, West Bengal will be participating in the meeting.
