Ahead of defence Expo 2022, DRDO tested 3 unmanned remotely controlled weaponised boats in Pune. These boats have been developed by DRDO in collaboration with private defence manufacturing start-up Sagar Defence Engineering. The boats are useful for surveillance purposes, patrolling, and reconnaissance of overall maritime security.
