US intercepts two Iranian missiles aimed at forces in Kuwait
Late Sunday night, US military forces thwarted an attack by intercepting two Iranian ballistic missiles aimed directly at American troops located in Kuwait. The military confirmed that there were no injuries among US personnel.

In a statement issued Monday, the US military said the missiles were successfully intercepted and no American personnel were injured in the attack, reported Reuters.
The attempted strike came shortly after the US launched attacks on Iranian radar and drone-control facilities inside Iran following Tehran’s downing of an American MQ-1 Predator drone over the weekend.
