U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday that he thought progress was being made in resolving the war in Ukraine and it was possible that something could come out of his recent meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Appearing in the Oval Office alongside Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, Trump said it was an honor to meet with Zelenskiy, and Zelenskiy thanked Trump for his efforts.
