Trump agreed to help Zelenskiy locate air defenses in Europe: White House

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy asked U.S. President Donald Trump for additional air defense support to protect civilians from Russian attacks on Wednesday and Trump said he would help locate the equipment in Europe, the White House said.

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy asked U.S. President Donald Trump for additional air defense support to protect civilians from Russian attacks on Wednesday and Trump said he would help locate the equipment in Europe, the White House said.

In a lengthy statement about their hour-long phone conversation, the White House said Zelenskiy thanked Trump for U.S. support and that technical teams will meet in Saudi Arabia in the coming days.
