Three Chinese pistols seized at Indo-Pakistan border in Amritsar

AMRITSAR: The BSF today seized three Chinese automatic pistols, apparently smuggled from Pakistan into India, from the Daoke Border Outpost area in the Amritsar Sector.

BSF DIG RS Kataria confirmed the seizure of the Chinese pistols and also of 28 cartridges smuggled from Pakistan into the country.

The BSF has also seized one country made pistol with two bullets, he said.


On specific information a search operation was carried out by the troops in the area and the arms and ammunition were seized, the DIG added.
