Sukhoi 30 fighter jet crashes in Tezpur, two pilots injured

GUWAHATI: An Indian Air Force Sukhoi-30 fighter jet, on a routine training mission, crashed near Tezpur on Thursday.

A defence spokesperson said that two pilots have been ejected safely from the aircraft.

"Both pilots ejected safely from the aircraft and have been rescued. A Court of Inquiry will ascertain cause of the accident," he said.


Recently, Indian Air Force AN 32 aircraft met with an accident in Arunachal Pradesh.
