Changes to Russia's nuclear doctrine have been drawn up and just need to be formalised, Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin's press secretary, told the TASS state news agency in remarks published on Tuesday.

"They have already been practically formulated. They will be formalised as necessary," TASS cited Peskov as saying.
