Russia yet to receive satisfactory proposals to start talks on Ukraine, RIA reports

Russia has not received any acceptable proposals to initiate negotiations regarding Ukraine, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin stated in comments released on Monday by the RIA state news agency.

Russia has not received any satisfactory proposals to start negotiations on Ukraine, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin told RIA state news agency in remarks published on Monday.

"It is important that words be backed up by practical steps that take into account Russia's legitimate interests, demonstrating a readiness to eradicate the root causes of the crisis and recognise the new realities," Galuzin told RIA in an interview.
