Russia says defence units destroy 57 Ukrainian drones overnight

Russia's air defence units intercepted and destroyed 57 Ukrainian drones, with 35 destroyed over the Kursk border region and the rest over Oryol, Tula, Bryansk, and the Sea of Azov.

Russia's air defence units intercepted and destroyed 57 Ukrainian drones overnight, the Russian defence ministry said on Wednesday.

Thirty-five of the drones were destroyed over the Kursk border region, while the rest were over the territory of the Oryol, Tula, Bryansk regions and the Sea of Azov, the ministry said on the Telegram messaging app.
