New Delhi: Close on the heels of his visit here, Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law ratifying the agreement between Russia and India, which outlines the procedure for sending military formations, warships and aircraft to the territories of both countries. This agreement pertains to the Reciprocal Exchange of Logistics Agreement (RELOS). The official document was published on the website of Russia's legal acts.
