Putin orders pause in Kyiv strikes before Witkoff and Kushner visit
Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered a three-day halt to strikes on Kyiv, starting on Saturday, as part of preparations for a visit by a U.S. delegation, Interfax quoted Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov as saying.
Putin was due to meet U.S. special representatives Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner on Saturday, Peskov told the TASS news agency.
