The U.S. military has awarded Boeing two contracts valued at over $7 billion, the Pentagon said on Tuesday.

A nearly $4.7 billion Army contract was awarded for new build Apache AH-64E attack helicopters, Longbow crew trainers, and related accessories, according to the Pentagon.

It said an additional $2.4 billion Air Force contract was also granted for Lot 12 Production Aircraft, G081, subscriptions and licenses.
