Part of Sena Bhavan sealed after soldier tests COVID-19 positive

One soldier tested positive for COVID-19. The affected area of Sena Bhawan closed for sanitation and disinfection, the official said. Actions as per protocol such as contact tracing and quarantine are in progress.

NEW DELHI: A part of the Army’s Sena Bhawan in the national capital was closed on Friday after a soldier working there tested positive for coronavirus. The affected area has been closed for sanitation and disinfection. “One soldier tested positive for Covid.

Actions as per protocol such as contact tracing and quarantine are in progress,” an official said on the condition of anonymity.

Earlier this month, 25 patients, including serving and retired military personnel and their dependents, who were admitted at the Army’s top medical institute the Research & Referral hospital in Delhi, tested positive .
