Pak troops violate ceasefire along LoC in Uri sector, injure 3 civilians

The unprovoked firing took place in the Silikote area of Uri in Jammu & Kashmir; civilians who sustained injuries were rushed to a hospital, said officials.

Earlier today, Indian forces levelled allegations against Pakistan, saying its nefarious BAT squad was part of an infiltration bid along the LoC in J&K's Poonch district.
Pakistani troops violated ceasefire along the Line of Control (LoC) in Uri sector of Jammu and Kashmir, injuring three civilians, police said today.

"Pakistani troops resorted to unprovoked firing in Churanda in the Silikote area of Hajipeer sector of Uri," a police official said.

Three civilians sustained injuries in the firing, he said, adding that they were rushed to a hospital.
