NEW DELHI: India has told Japan that J&K is an integral part of India and withdrawal of Article 370 benefits locals, while making it clear that Pakistan has no say in the matter. The matter was discussed on Monday when defence minister Rajnath Singh met his counterpart Takeshi Iwaya in Tokyo. “The defence minister discussed abrogation of Article 370 and said talks and cross-border terrorism originating from Pakistan cannot go together,” said a defence ministry statement.
