BAREILLY: In the backdrop of terror attack on Pathankot airbase, the Centre has issued directive banning any kind of building activity or planting of trees in the 100 metre radius outside the boundary wall of Trishul airbase here.

Additional district magistrate (administration) Arun Kumar said that registration of all the deeds concerning land in the 100 mt radius of the outer boundary of the airbase will carry these directives of the Government of India.

In case of registration of sale of agriculture land in the area, it should carry a prior permission of Tehsildar Sadar and it should be attached with the deed, he said.

He has urged the people to comply with this ban or else action will be taken against them as per the rule including pulling down of buildings, the ADM added.
