New Army Chief Gen Dhiraj Seth outlines 'VIJAY' roadmap for future-ready force
General Dhiraj Seth assumed charge as India's 31st Chief of Army Staff and outlined his strategic vision under the acronym 'VIJAY'—Vigilance, Innovation, Jointness, Aatmanirbharta and Yoddha First. He pledged to modernise the Indian Army into a technology-enabled, future-ready force while reaffirming the principles of Duty, Honour and Nation First.
