Iranian missiles hit Israeli Soroka hospital & Tel Aviv Stock Exchange; Netanyahu vows harsh payback
As the air strikes between Iran and Israel entered its seventh consecutive day, the latter's PM Netanyahu on Thursday accused Iran’s leadership of launching missile attacks on Israeli civilian targets, including a hospital.

“This morning, Iran's terrorist tyrants launched missiles at Soroka Hospital in Beersheba and at a civilian population in the center of the country,” Netanyahu wrote in a post on social media platform X. “We will exact the full price from the tyrants in Tehran.”

Meanwhile, in a separate post on X, Israel's Foreign Ministry said, "Israel will continue to do what must be done to protect all its people, from all walks of life."
The alleged missile strike on Soroka Medical Center—one of Israel’s major hospitals—and populated civilian areas marks a significant escalation in tensions between the two countries.

Meanwhile, Iranian state television reported earlier in the day that Israel had carried out an airstrike on Iran’s Arak heavy water reactor.

While the report claimed that the facility had been evacuated and there was “no radiation danger whatsoever,” the weight of striking a nuclear-related site further underscores the intensifying nature of the conflict.

Israel had publicly warned of a potential strike on the facility, even sharing satellite imagery of the site encircled in red—similar to previous warnings issued before attacks.

Netanyahu’s accusation against Iran comes amid growing civilian casualties on both sides. Israel has reportedly targeted critical infrastructure and high-profile figures within Iran, including nuclear scientists and military leaders.

On the other hand, Iranian missile and drone attacks have caused significant destruction in Israeli cities, with apartment complexes and even the stock exchange building having been struck and dozens of civilians killed or injured.

According to reports by Al-Jazeera and other local media, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange building remained in ruins on Thursday morning owing to Iraninan missiles in videos that went viral.

The news comes a day after Tehran rejected US appeals for surrender and warned the Western power against intereference in the matter with Israel. "Our recommendation to the U.S. is to at least stand by if they do not wish to stop Israel's aggression," he said.
