Navy keeps close watch as Chinese spy ship enters Indian Ocean Region

Navy is keeping a close watch on a Chinese spy ship that has recently entered the Indian Ocean Region (IOR) from the Bali sea. The Yuan Wang class satellite and ballistic missile tracking ship has been observed approaching into the Indian Ocean.

"Navy has been closely monitoring the movement of a Chinese research vessel from the time it entered the Indian Ocean Region," sources in the defence establishment said.
