Meet Indian Army's White Knight Corps which gunned down three terrorists
Security forces eliminated two terrorists hiding in a forest in Jammu and Kashmir's Akhnoor sector on Tuesday morning. This brought the total militants killed in the 27-hour operation near the LoC to three. One militant was neutralized earlier on ...

"Militants opened fire on an army convoy near Asan in the Sunderbani Sector, targeting military vehicles. Quick retaliation by our troops prevented any injuries, and the area has since been sealed off. A search operation is ongoing to neutralize any remaining threats," the Indian Army's White Knight Corps announced on Twitter.
In an earlier exchange on Monday morning, one of the three militants, who had attacked an ambulance in the convoy near the LoC, was neutralized by the evening. The operation involved special forces, NSG commandos, and the deployment of BMP-II infantry combat vehicles.
The remaining two terrorists were taken down on Tuesday within two hours after joint army-police forces launched a final assault near the Assan temple in Jogwan village, Battal-Khour area.
Officials confirmed that while the encounter has concluded, recovery of the militants’ bodies is underway. The militants reportedly infiltrated from across the border on Sunday night and attacked the army convoy near a temple.
Several explosions and an hour of intense gunfire led to the death of the second militant, with another hour of intermittent fire before the third was eliminated. Tragically, Phantom, a brave four-year-old army dog, was fatally shot during the operation.
For the first time, the army deployed four BMP-II infantry combat vehicles for surveillance, bolstering the cordon around the attack site, while helicopters and drones scouted for any remaining militants.
This encounter in Jammu follows a surge in terrorist activity in Kashmir, with seven attacks in two weeks leading to 13 casualties, including two soldiers.
