J&K parties welcome army action on Major Leetul Gogoi

Jammu and Kashmir police, who detained Gogoi at the spot and handed him over to the Army, claimed that their initial report established that he was moving outside his operational area and meeting a local woman. “Army initiating disciplinary action against Major Gogoi is a welcome step.
