Jaish-e-Mohammed commander Usman killed in joint operation by J&K police, army, CRPF

Indian Defence forces eliminated Jaish-e-Mohammed commander on January 23 in J&K’s Kathua. Killed Jaish commander has been identified as Pakistan origin Usman, who was active from 2024 in the area. 6 terror acts were registered against him and was responsible for killing of civilians & security forces, sources told ANI. 3 of his hideouts have been busted, and M4 Rifle & some grenades have been recovered till now: Sources. Acting on specific intelligence inputs, Joint Operation was launched by the Army & the Police in general area Parhetar, Kathua. In a precise strike by the joint forces, Foreign Terrorist has been eliminated: Informed White Knight Corps. Providing more information, IGP Jammu Zone posted on X, “Pakistani Jaish terrorist neutralised by small JKP team”. The operation and the searches were going on from 7th January, operation was conducted on Jan 23, based on specific input. Dealing with a complicated ‘hostage situation’, defence personnel rescued the hostages amid a fierce gun-battle.
