Israeli Navy Vice Admiral Ram Rutberg holds discussions with Vice Admiral Sunil Lanba

Commander in Chief of Israeli Navy Vice Admiral Ram Rutberg, who is visiting the southern coastal city, has held discussions with Commander-in-Chief of Southern Naval Command Vice Admiral Sunil Lanba.

KOCHI: Commander in Chief of Israeli Navy Vice Admiral Ram Rutberg, who is visiting the southern coastal city, has held discussions with Commander-in-Chief of Southern Naval Command Vice Admiral Sunil Lanba.

According to Navy, two officials discussed issues of common interest to both the navies including Joint Maritime Cooperation.

Vice Admiral Rutberg, accompanied by his spouse Michal Rutberg, commenced his two-day visit to Kochi yesterday.

"During his visit, the Admiral visited the Indian Naval training facilities of Southern Naval Command and Indigenous Aircraft Carrier under construction at Cochin Shipyard," Navy said.

The Admiral had earlier visited the Naval establishments at Goa, Mumbai and Delhi prior to arriving at Kochi.
