A fierce battle has broken out between the Chin National Army (CNA) and the Zomi Revolutionary Army (ZRA), resulting in the loss of many lives among the fighters, near India-Myanmar border.

The armed clash began in the early hours of April 22, 2025, and is taking place across the border from Hnathial district in Mizoram, within Myanmar territory.
